Just Clean It × EllMatt Running Charity Car Wash

By booking an appointment or attending the Just Clean It × EllMatt Running Charity Car Wash, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Information
This event is organized by Just Clean It Car Washing in collaboration with EllMatt Running to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
2. Donations
A minimum donation of $50 per vehicle is required.
Donations are made directly through the official fundraising page via QR code available at the event.
Donations are non-refundable.
3. Appointments
Car washes are available by appointment only.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
4. Weather
The event will proceed in most weather conditions.
If heavy rain or severe weather makes it unsafe to operate, the event will be postponed. All registered participants will be notified of the new event date.
5. Vehicle Condition
While every effort will be made to provide a professional and careful wash, participants acknowledge that:
Existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or other pre-existing vehicle conditions are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Just Clean It and EllMatt Running are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
6. Personal Property
Please remove any valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.
Just Clean It and EllMatt Running are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
7. Photography
Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the possible use of photographs or video featuring you or your vehicle on our website, social media, and future promotional materials.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let a volunteer know upon arrival.
8. Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or activities if necessary.
